Returns / Exchange

Our Return policy is up to 15 days. If 15 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately there is no option for a refund or exchange. Should your item be damaged or not be the exact item ordered, please reach out to us for assistance at


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Refund Status

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and reconfirm. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. It takes 5-7 business days for refunds to reflect back to the original payment method.
